SafeSport Policies and Procedures

Shen Rowing is committed to athlete safety by promoting and enforcing policies and programs that address bullying, hazing, harassment, emotional misconduct, physical misconduct, and sexual misconduct.

We have adopted the US Rowing SafeSport Policy.

Shen Rowing strongly encourages the reporting of all forms of misconduct. Reporting issues of misconduct to USRowing may be done using the USRowing Safe Sport Reporting Form (https://usrowing.org/sports/2018/4/13/18827_132107104230772015.aspx), USRowing Safe Sport e-mail: USRowingSafeSport@usrowing.org, or by phone at 609-751-0713.

Additionally, all Shen Rowing coaches, board members, staff and volunteers comply with U.S. Rowing’s SafeSport annual training requirements and have background checks conducted every two years.
